  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You may not share your account credentials with others
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Use the platform for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the platform's operation

5. Agreements Between Users

NEXUS AI facilitates agreements between athletes and organizations but is not a party to these agreements. We provide tools for creating and managing agreements but are not responsible for enforcing them. Users are responsible for ensuring their agreements comply with applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The NEXUS AI platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by NEXUS AI Studio and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide our services.

7. Fees and Payments

  • Some features require paid subscriptions
  • Prices are displayed on our pricing page
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We may change pricing with notice

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL FIND OPPORTUNITIES OR ATHLETES, OR THAT AGREEMENTS WILL BE SUCCESSFUL. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF OTHER USERS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXUS AI STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NEXUS AI Studio from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

13. Changes to Terms
